REPRODUCTIVE TOXICOLOGY

With over 30 years of experience, TRL can offer our clients a full range of reproductive and developmental toxicity studies in a number of species, in accordance with USFDA and international guidelines. 

Fertility assessments include estrous cycle monitoring, evaluation of sperm morphology, and sperm motility and count using the Hamilton Thorne Integrated Visual Optic System (IVOS). 

Neurotoxicity screening includes developmental landmarks, a Functional Observational Battery (FOB), motor activity in photobeam chambers (MotorMonitor Activity System®, Hamilton-Kinder), and learning/memory in a passive avoidance system (Gemini Avoidance System®, San Diego Instruments).
